Printing works fine in IE 11 Chrome has problems too. The document should have printed to either a physical printer or a PDF. I have not tried resetting my entire Firefox profile, because that has never been a straightforward experience and is always time-consuming to get correct. I did manage to get a screenshot of that dialog before it disappeared. A dialog box comes up and disappears quickly, never allowing a print preview. Now if I select Print Preview, the print preview frame does not appear either. I followed the suggestions in article "Fix printing problems in Firefox" ( ) of resetting Firefox print setting and then resetting all Firefox print settings. I checked the Tech support database for printing problems, and this one does not seem to have been reported.

When I try to print (File>Print), after the printer dialog comes up, I select the printer and click Enter, another dialog comes up that says "Printer Error: An error occurred while printing." This happens on a variety of webpages, not only one, and happens with both physical printers and PDF creators. Printing worked in version 31 fine with no problems. I have tried all printers I have installed on my computer and tried printing from various websites. Since updating, I have been unable to print from Firefox, either to an actual printer or a PDF creator. It does not happen (i.e., clicking a URL will open the browser - if it is not running - and also load the corresponding URL) for Safari, Chrome, or Firefox 28.0. In summary, this problem occurs for Firefox 29.0.1, 30.0, even with the default setting (i.e. I did some tests with few versions of Firefox and different OSs.
Otherwise, clicking a URL just makes Firefox open but only its start page is opened, no URL is loaded. Unfortunately, this only works when Firefox is already running. That is, as Firefox is the default browser in my system, I suppose it will open a URL clicked from other applications.

Recently I've got a problem with Firefox 29 and 30 in Mac OS X. First of all, my appreciation to the Mozilla team for developing such a great application. I'm pretty new here but a long-time user of Firefox.
